Encouragement for Today
The Bible is not like any other book because it is God's revealed Word. It is God's instruction book for life—true life. God longs to give the truly "good life" to the human beings he created in his own image and redeemed through Jesus' blood and suffering. He shows the way as clearly as he can—through his Word. That Word is both the written Word and the Incarnate Word—Jesus Christ, Word of God become flesh. Obedience to God's Word—as revealed in the Bible and through Jesus—is the way of life. The only way of life.
