Highs -n- Lows Living with the Disease

Thursday, April 25th

It's hard to talk about some of the symptoms I have...one is when I go blank mentally...
Yesterday I was calling to get an appointment for an oil change and while I was on the phone my brain went blank...Paul helped me find the words to say...it was oil change...its so sad...
Not sure why it happens...

Another is when I get ready to go out I get so winded and tired...didn't realize it is so much work...even the simplest things can be a struggle...why?

"Look straight ahead,
  and fix your eyes on what lies before you.
Mark out a straight path for your feet;
  stay on the safe path.
Don't get sidetracked;
  keep your feet from following evil."

Proverbs 4:25–27

Want to know how to be productive? Here's the answer. Set your goal, and fix your eyes on what lies right before you. (Not two months or five years ahead. Things will change by then anyway.) Mark out a straight path, make sure it's "safe"—tried and true. "Don't get sidetracked"—a real challenge in this day of endless distractions. "Keep your feet from following evil"—know where the path you're walking leads to. So here you have it—the recipe for a productive day, week, year, and life.

Another great day!
