You can see so many changes in my face and how I look. Just by comparing my profile picture with this new picture I attached of me...
My profile picture was right before my diagnosis. It will be two years with DM and Lupus in March 2014.
I pray that starting, physical therapy, yoga and working with a personal health coach will give me confidence in exercising...showing me how to do physical straight exercises without causing additional problem or injecting myself.
So thankful for all I can do...
